SCOOP KTM Duke 390 ABS to be priced at Rs 2 75 lakhs

You read it first on Autogadget. KTM Duke 390 ABS is going to be priced at Rs 2.75 Lakhs (On- Road Kochi). KTM will offer two variants of Duke 390 in India ABS version and the Non-ABS version. KTM has already started the manufacturing of Duke 390 in India. Now KTM is going through the final stages of the testing programs of Duke 390. KTM Duke 390 is the most eagerly awaited bike in 2013. KTM will also launch a fully faired version of Duke 390 in India by the end of this year.

KTM Duke 390 shares most of the parts with its elder sibling Duke 200. The most important feature of Duke 390 is its heart. 373 cc single cylinder 4 stroke liquid cooled engine which produces 44BHP of power and 35 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 6 speed gear transmission. KTM Duke 390 weights 139 Kgm only. So the performance numbers will be mind blowing. KTM has launched the Duke 390 in some international markets. Some of the owners are testing the performance of Duke 390. One such owner put a video in Youtube showing that Duke 390 accelerates from 0-100 in just 5 seconds and 0-130 around 10 seconds. We are not sure about numbers but we could expect numbers close to this. KTM will launch the Duke 390 in couple of months of time.
