Hyundai Grand i10 launch on September 3
Hyundai India has just revealed the Grand i10 which is the next generation i10. Official Launch of the Hyundai Grand i10 will take place on September 3. Hyundai Grand i10 is built on a completely new platform called the BA. Hyundai was developing the Grand i10 for a long time and the spy shots were kept coming every week from India and also from other parts of the world.
In India Hyundai Grand i10 is placed between the i10 and i20. Hyundai India has found a tiny gap in its portfolio and the Grand i10 now occupies it. Hyundai Grand i10 wheel base is increased by 100mm which results in increased interior space in the front and the rear. Like all other Hyundai cars the Grand i10 is also packed with Features.
Hyundai introduces segment first features like Start-stop system, cooled glove box, rear air con vents, 2 Din Music system with 1 GB of memory and much more. The Hyundai Grand i10 is powered by a 1.1 L CRDI engine and 1.2 L Kappa engine. Petrol engine will get the option of both manual and automatic. The diesel is only mated to 5 speed manual gearbox. Hyundai Grand i10 is targeted against the Maruti Suzuki Swift. Hyundai Grand i10 would be launched with a starting price of RS 4.5 Lakhs ( Ex-showroom).
